Our villa had a private pool. It was so fine. The flower decorations around the pool and in the bathtub were a romantic touch. I enjoyed breakfast on the restaurant deck, I relished the gorgeous views. The staff was very kind. They took wonderful care of us.
I noticed a very slight musty smell in one small corner of the room. Perhaps airing it out more frequently would help.

The hotel provided a timed shuttle service. It runs to their sister hotel. That hotel is fifteen minutes from the city center. I participated in the morning heritage walk. It was very well-guided, exploring traditional Baki houses. The location offers a forest view. It is perfect for couples.

The architecture showed traditional Balinese design. The villa and private pool were well decorated. The bathroom looked luxurious. The staff was very friendly and professional, always taking my needs into account (they really care!). I enjoyed the breakfast with its amazing view from the restaurant.

some issues with the villa i booked
damp smell restaurant noise
I stayed in the infinity pool villa. the room smelled damp, honestly. the toilet seat was loose. lighting in the room? not great.. only one setting. No ambience control! the restaurant noise traveled through the wooden wall, too. it was a little distracting

wooden bungalows private pool king-size bed damp smell unhinged toilet seat restaurant noise
the wooden bungalows are beautiful they feature a private pool. a porch and a wall encloses the garden for privacy. interiors are spacious a king-size bed dominates the room.
the room had a damp smell when i walked in it stayed there. the toilet seat was moving it was almost unhinged. there was a lot of noise from the restaurant which shares a wooden wall with the room.

helpful staff generous breakfast secluded stay
i found the staff to be very helpful and kind. i was surprised by the breakfast. it was great for a secluded stay. i also appreciated being active and moving around each day from this location.
the bathroom lighting was a bit dim for makeup application but i managed with the natural light.
